The median days on market for single family homes and condos/town homes was 34 days this time last year. In September it's 39 days. The sale to list price ratio last year at this time was, %102.6, in August of this year it was %103.2 and in September it is %103.1. Last year at this time there were 1436 closed sales of single family homes and condo/town homes. In August the number was 1334 and in September it was 1313. Last year the median sale price for single family homes, condos and town homes was $680K. The median price in August was $760K and in September it was $731K.
